Meet the Tri-County Public Health Consortium Staff

Stacey Wians, B.S., M.A. (Program Coordinator)
The Program Coordinator is the supervisor of the Consortium and is responsible for coordinating, participating, and assisting Consortium members throughout Kenosha, Racine, and Walworth Counties with all planning processes for natural and man-made public health emergencies.

Fred Radmer, B.S., M.P.H. (Epidemiologist)
The Regional Public Health Epidemiologist serves as the Consortium's primary representative for activities relating to communicable disease surveillance and epidemiologic response preparedness for bio-terrorism threats and incidents, and other similar public health emergencies resulting from natural or man-made disease outbreaks.
